Spots of Art is a nonprofit organization founded to address the lack of visibility, understanding, and support for individuals with Vitiligo. Growing up, many of us rarely saw others who shared our condition—sometimes not until adolescence or the rise of the internet and social media. Without representation, many experienced hurtful comments, teasing, and isolation.

While public awareness increased when figures like Michael Jackson spoke about having Vitiligo, many still felt hesitant to openly embrace and share their own experiences. Spots of Art was created to change that—providing a safe, uplifting space where people with Vitiligo can connect, share their stories, and celebrate their unique beauty.

We believe every person with Vitiligo is a living work of art—each mark a brushstroke in the masterpiece of their life. Our community is built on love, acceptance, and mutual encouragement, welcoming individuals of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

Donations support our mission to raise awareness, foster connection, and fund research toward finding a cure. We also host our Spots of Art Showcase Board, featuring creative works, stories, and resources dedicated to Vitiligo awareness and empowerment.
